STADIONIC × USA BASEBALL EQUIPMENT GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor. Sponsored by Netting Pros d.b.a. Stadionic, P.O. Box 17183, Fernandina Beach, FL, 32035  (“Sponsor”). This giveaway is presented in partnership with USA Baseball.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, USA Baseball and agencies involved in administering this giveaway, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry period. The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 30, 2026. Sponsor’s entry system is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter. Complete and submit the entry form at https://stadionic.com/pages/usa-baseball-giveaway-x-stadionic-x-netting-pros during the entry period. Limit one entry per person. Entries must include accurate information and be received before the deadline. Automated, fraudulent and duplicate entries are not eligible. No purchase or marketing subscription is required.

5. Prize. One winner will receive one 5 x 7 Pro Express L Screen and one Ball Cart Pro 200. Total approximate retail value: $1,500. Delivery arrangements, included shipping services and any winner-paid delivery costs will be handled by USA Baseball. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. No cash alternative is offered. If necessary, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection and notification. One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on December 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified at the email address provided and must respond within 5 calendar days. Sponsor may require verification of eligibility and necessary prize-acceptance or tax documentation. If the potential winner is ineligible, cannot be reached or does not respond within the stated period, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

7. Administration. Sponsor may disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process or violate these rules. If fraud or technical failure materially compromises the giveaway, Sponsor may take corrective action permitted by applicable law, including selecting a winner from eligible, unaffected entries received.

8. Privacy. Entry information will be used to administer the giveaway as described in Stadionic's privacy policy: https://stadionic.com/pages/stadionic-legal-terms#part-b-privacy-policy. USA Baseball will also receive entry information. Optional marketing consent is separate from entry and does not affect the odds of winning.

9. Winner information. The winner will be announced on USA Baseball and Stadionic's social media channels after the winner’s eligibility has been verified and the prize has been accepted.
